Cookies, Tracking, and Your Consent

Analytics and marketing tools stay completely off until you click “Accept.” If you decline, those tools do not run, and we delete any tracking cookies they may have set previously. We have also made the following changes to reduce tracking:

  • Removed a font-licensing tracking pixel that previously reported visits to a third party.
  • Map styling is served from our own systems rather than a third-party network, and optional map telemetry is turned off.
  • PDF viewing in the Portal uses our own bundled resources rather than a public third-party network.
  • YouTube videos use YouTube’s no-cookie player.
  • The homepage background video and address-autocomplete feature load only after you interact with the page.

Essential cookies needed to operate the Site and keep you logged in to the Portal are always active and do not require consent.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

We use the Personal Information that we collect to provide and improve the services offered through the Site and the Portal. Specifically, we use Personal Information to:

  • Communicate with you.
  • Provide customer support and respond to your inquiries.
  • Enhance the functionality and user experience of the Site and the Portal.
  • With your consent, understand Site usage and measure the performance of our marketing, using the tools described above.

When you create an account through the Portal, we use your personal information to facilitate the account creation and login process. If you choose to link your account with Google for sign-in purposes, we only use the authentication provided by Google and do not access or store your Google profile information.
